We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Loom Boutique Hotel in Hanoi! Everything was perfect, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed thanks to the warm and friendly staff.
A very special thank you to Grace for her kindness, genuine warmth, and outstanding hospitality. She truly made our stay even more memorable!
We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our honeymoon and would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you again for everything!

Fabulous location in the Old Quarter and walking distance from great food, shopping and visitor attractions.
Quirky and fun fit-out throughout the venue and a pool for a little oasis after exploring the bustling hot city of Hà Nội.
Lovely staff and a yummy breakfast.
Even the junior suite is a small room with no space for bags or even a chair. Bathrobes were hilariously small!

Location was great , design was cool , staff were incredibly helpful and positive
I had a room with no window , so the air was stagnant and the aircon just was not powerful another to handle that.
Plus the robes provided were not cleaned properly , I found other peoples hair on them.
