Customer service was 10/10, very clean and modern to 10/10 . Wasn't the best breakfast we had in Vietnam., maybe 8.5/10.
They provided a cake for my wife's birthday.
Chris and Viper were really nice, as were ALL the staff
Nothing. Would 100%. Stay again

Everything was amazing but a particular shout to the staff who really went above and beyond to make our stay great.
Nothing!

Our favourite hotel in Vietnam to date! The staff were honestly beyond amazing, so friendly, attentive and accommodating throughout our entire stay. They really went above and beyond!
The room and bathroom were super clean and spotless, which is something we really appreciate. The buffet breakfast was also great, with plenty of options and beautiful views of the city.
The spa was another highlight! We’re quite picky when it comes to spas in Vietnam, especially with cleanliness and hygiene, and this one definitely didn’t disappoint. It’s a little pricier than your typical spa in Vietnam, but if you don’t mind paying extra for cleanliness and great service, we 100% recommend it. We actually had the best scalp massage we’ve ever had in Vietnam here!
Location was also super convenient and central, with most popular spots only a few minutes away by Grab.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back next time we’re in Hanoi!
Nothing worth mentioning! We genuinely had a wonderful stay and couldn’t fault the service or facilities.
