This charming 44-square-meter one-room apartment for two people is located on the first floor in Timmendorfer Strand.
The separate entrance through the small sunroom gives you the impression of a private space.
The apartment features a modern living-sleeping area that also incorporates a stylish dining nook. A flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, and stereo system with Bluetooth and USB ports make it a pleasure to spend time in the apartment.
The small kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and capsule espresso machine (Dolce Gusto), as well as an iron and ironing board.
The seating area in the sunroom and the patio area face southwest and overlook the garden.
The separate sleeping alcove has a double bed (2x80x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. The closet is located in the hallway.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower stall and a folding seat, as well as a hair dryer.

Parking spaces are located at the house on a first-come, first-served basis.
