The beautiful Birkenhof welcomes you with exclusivity and style. This vacation home is located at Gartenstraße 8 in Timmendorfer Strand on the Baltic Sea. In the apartment complex, we offer several cozy 2- and 3-room vacation apartments. Gartenstraße is quietly situated in a residential area. You can take a leisurely 5-minute stroll to the town center. The Timmendorfer Strand spa gardens, the town center, the beach, and shopping areas are just a few minutes’ walk away. You don’t necessarily need a car, as you’ll be staying in a central location despite the quiet setting. The high-quality, well-appointed vacation apartments offer you the ideal vacation home for a Baltic Sea getaway in Timmendorfer Strand, designed to meet the highest standards.

Apartment No. 6 is a beautiful 3-bedroom vacation apartment in Timmendorfer Strand located on the first floor, featuring a furnished balcony facing southwest and hardwood floors in the living area. The apartment has a living area of 70 square meters and accommodates 4 people. It features a living area with a leather sofa set, flat-screen TV, Apple TV, and a Bose SoundTouch system, as well as a cozy dining nook. The open, adjoining built-in kitchen with pine cabinetry includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. All other necessary kitchen utensils are also provided. Bedroom I is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm). Bedroom II has two single beds (90x200 cm); in addition, each bedroom is equipped with an additional flat-screen TV. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet is available. There is also a guest restroom here.
Special Features
To stay connected even while on vacation, this apartment offers free Wi-Fi. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the building’s basement. The initial set of bed linens is included in this vacation rental.
From May 1 through September 15, a free beach chair on the beach is also included with this apartment, rounding out a dreamy beach vacation on the Baltic Sea!
A parking space is located right next to the house. You can store your bicycles in a lockable bike carport. (We cannot guarantee space for your bicycles).
Dogs are allowed in this apartment by prior arrangement; non-smokers only, please.
The apartment is equipped with a basic supply of one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
