This charming 1-room apartment on the 1st floor, suitable for 2 people with a baby (in a travel crib, max. 1 year old), measures approximately 33 m² and is located in Timmendorfer Strand.
The cozy living/sleeping area is furnished with a fold-out bed (2 single beds, 90 x 200 cm; new mattresses and slatted frames installed in April 2026), 2 sofas, and a dining area.
With the flat-screen TV and stereo system with CD player, you can enjoy many pleasant hours here.
The separate kitchenette in the entryway is equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop, mini-oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.
The covered balcony faces southwest and overlooks the garden.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower stall, a towel dryer, a hair dryer, and a top-loading washing machine.
Parking spaces are available at the house on a first-come, first-served basis.
A covered bicycle parking area is located behind the house on the property.
Internet access is available free of charge (no right to a refund or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).
