The Vacation Complex
This very well-maintained residential complex was completely refurbished, renovated, and modernized in the spring of 2021 and furnished with high-quality, modern furnishings.
The large terraces and balconies, facing southwest, enjoy sunshine from mid-morning until early evening. The theme of “sun” is not only evident in the complex’s outdoor areas but is also reflected in the very bright, welcoming, high-quality, and modern furnishings. As a result, the apartments are the perfect vacation rental for guests of all ages.
The apartment complex boasts a very central location, just 300 meters from the lively town center and 500 meters from the beach. A variety of lovely restaurants, cafés, bars, and shopping options are within a few minutes’ walk. Despite its very central location, the apartment complex is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in a purely residential area and is very peaceful. If you’re traveling with a dog, the Aalbeek-Niederung nature reserve is just a 250-meter walk away, where you can enjoy long walks in the woods at any time. In the colder months, however, the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is perfect for long walks with your dog.
Each vacation apartment comes with a parking space. These are non-smoking vacation apartments. You’ll also find a bike rack behind the house.
The Apartment
The 50-square-meter SUNSIDE Apartment #2 has 2 rooms and is ideal for 2 people. Two additional guests can always sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
The 8-square-meter balcony is accessible from the kitchen and, thanks to its southwest-facing location, enjoys sunshine from morning to evening. The apartment is ideal for a family vacation with children and dogs. When the weather is nice, the large balcony is perfect not only for sunbathing but also for a cozy breakfast with fresh rolls or a rustic barbecue (please bring your own grill) with your loved ones.
The open-concept kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils, adjoins the equally open-concept living and dining area. The living room features a high-quality pull-out sofa bed with an integrated (separate) mattress (suitable for long-term use, 160 cm). The living room also features a large dining table and a large flat-screen TV (43 inches) with built-in Smart TV and a hi-fi system.
A very stylish and high-quality bathroom equipped with a shower stall including a rain shower, a toilet, and a large sink offers the perfect oasis of well-being for guests.
The bedroom is furnished with a very high-quality Schlaraffia box spring bed with a sleeping surface measuring 180x200 cm. The bed features two different mattresses with firmness levels 2 and 3, connected by a comfortable cold-foam topper. The bedroom is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and a large wardrobe.
Special Features
The apartment includes a free parking space behind the house.
There is also storage space for your bicycles behind the house.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared laundry room (ceiling height 1.60 m).

You can use the free Wi-Fi to browse the internet or stream content.
Dogs are allowed with prior notice. This is a non-smoking apartment.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).

Note
The SunSide Apartments complex consists of a total of 5 different apartments, all of which are very similarly equipped. If Apartment #1 is already fully booked for your desired dates, there may still be one of the other apartments available during your travel period. SunSide Apartment #2 is very similar to SunSide Apartment #1.
