It’s about a 5-minute walk to the white Baltic Sea beach and the lively town center with its cozy cafés, bars, and restaurants. You can also enjoy a leisurely stroll and do some shopping in the town center. There are boutiques here to suit every taste. You can shop at Famila or Aldi, just about 500 meters from the apartment. There’s also an Edeka supermarket in town. If you’re looking for a vacation rental in Timmendorfer Strand that’s in a quiet yet central location, you’ve come to the right place.

Apartment No. 10 is a beautiful 3-roomapartment on the first floor with a furnished, south-west-facing balcony and hardwood floors in the living area. The apartment spans two levels with a living area of 75 square meters and is suitable for 4 people. The Timmendorfer Strand vacation apartment features a living area with a leather sofa set, flat-screen TV, Apple TV, and a Bose SoundTouch system, as well as a cozy dining area. The open, adjoining pine-wood built-in kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll also find a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. All other necessary kitchen utensils are provided. Bedroom I is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm). Bedroom II is located on the second level, accessible via a staircase in the living room. Here, you’ll find two single beds (90x200 cm). In addition, each bedroom is equipped with an additional flat-screen TV. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the bedrooms in the vacation rental can be darkened. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet is available. There is also a guest restroom, located on the second level near the second bedroom.

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available to all guests staying at Birkenhof II. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the basement of the house. The initial set of bed linens is included in this vacation rental.
