Welcome to Birkenhof at Gartenstraße 8a in Timmendorfer Strand. In this well-maintained residential complex, we can offer you several 2- and 3-bedroom vacation apartments. Gartenstraße is located in a quiet, exclusively residential area of Timmendorfer Strand. The beach is about 500 meters away, and the lively town center—with its many charming cafés, bars, and restaurants, as well as shopping options—is just a 5-minute walk away. A grocery store and a bakery are also just a few hundred meters from the apartment. The high-quality, well-appointed vacation apartments offer you the ideal vacation home for a stay on the Baltic Sea in Timmendorfer Strand, designed to meet the highest standards.

Timmendorfer Strand Vacation Apartment No. 5 is a beautiful 3-roomapartment on the first floor with a furnished balcony facing southwest and hardwood floors in the living area. The apartment has a living area of 70 square meters and is suitable for 4 people. The Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental features a living area with a leather sofa set, flat-screen TV, Apple TV, and a Bose SoundTouch system, as well as a cozy dining nook. The open, adjoining built-in kitchen with pine cabinets includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All other necessary kitchen utensils are also provided. Bedroom I is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm). Bedroom II has two single beds (90x200 cm); in addition, each bedroom is equipped with an additional flat-screen TV. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet is available. There is also a guest restroom.
Special Features
To help you stay connected while on vacation, this apartment offers free Wi-Fi. Furthermore, a washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the building’s basement. The initial set of bed linens is included in this vacation rental.
From May 1 through September 15, a free beach chair on the beach is also included with this apartment, rounding out a dream beach vacation on the Baltic Sea!
A parking space is located right next to the house. You can store your bicycles in a lockable bike carport. (We cannot guarantee space for your bicycles).
Pets are not allowed in this apartment; non-smokers only, please.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
