The Vacation Complex
Welcome to the “SUNSIDE Apartments Timmendorfer Strand” vacation apartment complex! This very well-maintained apartment complex was completely refurbished, renovated, and modernized in the spring of 2021 and furnished to a very high standard.
The large terraces and balconies, facing southwest, enjoy sunshine from mid-morning until early evening. The theme of “sun” is not only evident in the complex’s outdoor areas but is also reflected in the very bright, welcoming, high-quality, and modern furnishings. As a result, the apartments are the perfect vacation rental for guests of all ages.
The apartment complex boasts a very central location, just 300 meters from the lively town center and 500 meters from the beach. A variety of lovely restaurants, cafés, bars, and shopping options are thus within a few minutes’ walk. Despite its very central location, the apartment complex is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in a purely residential area and is therefore very peaceful. If you’re traveling with a dog, the Aalbeek-Niederung nature reserve is just a short walk away—about 250 meters—where you can enjoy long walks in the woods at any time. In the colder months, however, the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is perfect for long walks with your dog.
Each vacation apartment comes with a parking space. These are non-smoking vacation apartments. You’ll also find a bicycle parking area behind the building. Dogs are allowed in some of the apartments.
The Apartment
The 65-square-meter SUNSIDE Apartment #1 has 2 rooms and is ideal for 2–4 people.
The highlight of the apartment is a 40-square-meter terrace (partially covered) with an adjoining 60-square-meter garden. The garden and terrace are directly accessible from the living room or kitchen through two large French doors.
The apartment is ideal for your vacation with children and dogs. When the weather is nice, the large terrace is perfect not only for sunbathing but also for a cozy breakfast with fresh rolls or a rustic barbecue (please bring your own grill) with your loved ones.
The open-concept kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils, adjoins the equally open-concept living and dining area. The living room features a high-quality pull-out sofa bed with an integrated (separate) mattress (suitable for long-term use, 160 cm). The living room also features a large dining table and a large flat-screen TV (43 inches) with built-in Smart TV and a hi-fi system.
A very stylish and high-quality bathroom equipped with a shower stall including a rain shower, a toilet, and a large sink offers the perfect oasis of well-being for guests.
The large bedroom, which can be separated by a partition, offers sleeping accommodations for a total of four people. In addition to a high-quality box-spring bed (160x200 cm), the room features a high-quality sleeper sofa with a separate mattress (suitable for long-term use, 160 cm), a large wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV.

The apartment includes a free parking space behind the house.
There is also bike storage available behind the building.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared laundry room (ceiling height 1.60 m).

You can use the free Wi-Fi to browse the internet or stream content.
Dogs are allowed with prior notice. This is a non-smoking apartment.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).

The SunSide Apartments complex consists of a total of 5 different apartments, all of which are very similarly equipped. If Apartment #1 is already fully booked for your desired dates, there may still be one of the other apartments available during your travel period. SunSide Apartment #1 is very similar to SunSide Apartment #2.
