We had a fantastic stay here for 3 nights. The hotel is like a soothing oasis. Wonderful rooms with great bathrooms, good beds. The breakfast is one of the best we've aver had at a hotel. A very good gym and an inside pool area with saunas. The gym especially is much better that usually offered in hotels. The personnel were very service minded. The location is great and a nice walk along the river towards central Melbourne- trams also leave quite close to the hotel. This is a 10 and a hotel to recommend. We were parents and a teenager.
Cannot report anything negative - perhaps that our stay was too short!

The vibe and plants and the atmosphere created by friendly and helpful staff. The aesthetics were great. The overall feel was great
The roadworks outside weren’t great but that is not in the hotels control

Lovely foyer, welcoming staff, room was big and nicely decorated
Apple Maps couldn’t find it and spent
40 mins trying to get off highway onto right road. $80 for parking ridiculous. Too much clutter in room; bits of wood telling me things but no free bottled water, decent tea bags or cutlery. Room service really slow. Poor location for business trip.
