Very helpful staff, lovely rooms in an excellent location.

Friendly professional reception staff, my room request was available and it was relatively quiet, cooling was good as it was such a humid day.
Comfortable bed and bedding, nice bathroom facilities and even though I didn't use it there was a washing machine/dryer in the kitchen. I like their environmental initiative to save water and reuse towels etc. Secure access to hotel rooms from ground floor requiring a room pass.
Checking out was just as efficient.

The reception area was good and the location for our business meetings was good but that is where it stops. I will not book this hotel again.
The rooms were tired and there was a smell of damp. One room had carpet in the bathroom this is pretty unheard of. The noise from the trains was unpleasant. Reception area was nice but this isn't copied into the rooms
