Nice location as the hotel is located fairly close to the Southbank area. There is an outdoor rooftop with pretty nice views that you can use at any time. Great coffee shop right outside the hotel as well. Staff were very quick with their responses.
1. I believe the facilities (i.e. swimming pool, gym, sauna) are shared with the apartment residents hence might get busy at certain times.
2. We found an old personal item at the top of the wardrobe (understandably it can be out of sight and the team responded well to the complaint). However when the first staff came by the room (to their credits it was very quick), they asked my wife to take down and hand them the item, instead of removing it themselves. Thankfully she couldn't reach it and eventually their staff removed it when we were out.

Nice design and staff, our room was a generous size and beautifully bright. Pool was excellent, restaurant nice although the menu was small. Great restaurant staff.
A ramp would have been nice for arrival but the staff were great and responded immediately to help with my heavy case.
Air con dodgy on night one but as soon as we mentioned it the receptionists were apologetic and it was fixed. Communication re this was excellent.
