Location
The apartment wasn’t real clean
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
I was pleasantly surprised with the room. It had a great view (22nd floor facing East) and was more spacious than imagined. Two bedrooms were well sized and the overall space was great for a short stay. Well appointed apartment. I would stay there and in that room again no problem. Kitchen and Bathroom were clean and the living area a good size.
The carpet was a bit tired but that is really minor. The bed was just ok, but having said that, I slept like a log! The room was quiet as requested, a few wear and tear marks but that is to be expected. Nothing anywhere is ever perfect. One lift (elevator for the Americans) was out but no real issues. An enjoyable stay.

The Wrap has a great location but the apartments are getting old and too many things were broken or subpar.
The breakfast was only ok with the staff not able to get simple orders correct so you need to get things fixed.
Some staff were great but most were very inexperienced. The elevator buttons don’t always work so sometimes you have to get reception to help you access your car park or room
