My partner Ajikemi and I had a truly wonderful and memorable four-night stay at The Social Hub Glasgow from 22–26 October 2026.
The hotel provided a welcoming, comfortable and pleasant environment, but what impressed us most was the outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service.
We visited Glasgow to celebrate Ajikemi’s birthday on 24 October, and the hotel team helped make the occasion incredibly special.
I would particularly like to recognise Patrick, who went above and beyond to assist with planning and coordinating a surprise birthday celebration for Ajikemi. From our initial communication to the final arrangements, Patrick demonstrated remarkable professionalism, patience, kindness and attention to detail.
While we were out enjoying Glasgow, the team helped arrange the decorations and birthday cake in our room, creating a beautiful surprise for our return. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the experience gave us memories we will cherish for years.
A heartfelt thank you to Patrick and the entire hotel team for their kindness, cooperation and dedication. They made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
We highly recommend The Social Hub Glasgow and would be delighted to return.

Great Location for where we wanted to go. Staff were great from check in, breakfast and checking out. Room was nice and clean, super comfy bed and loved all the little features.
I’m not a fan of sinks in the bedroom, rather it was with the rest of the bathroom.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. They changed my room for me for my 2nd night after issues with the 1st room.
The 2nd room,Signature was perfect. Clean, quiet and nicely laid out.
The public hair on the bedside table!
The first room smelt mouldy, the windows did not keep any sound out from the street below and there was bar music until after 11pm.
I had requested lower floor, quiet and clean.
I got disgustingly dirty, floor 5 and so much noise 😒
