Room was very nice, clean and comfortable.
Parking was full. Would be good if limited spaces were pointed out at time of booking and alternate options given. Receptionist wasn’t very helpful.

Location, room quality
For a Hilton , just tea coffee and water no biscuits which are normally offered in lesser quality hotels. Valet parking now not available nor help with luggage to room which was previously on offer. Club lounge facilities no staff available

Breakfast and choice was excellent
Noise levels in the room meant that my son didn't sleep much

Room was clean and spacious. Good location. Breakfast and dinner disappointing for the price paid.
Had issues with the AC, someone came and had a look but didn’t really sorted it. Ordered room service and both members of the staff were somewhat rushed and not very customer service oriented. The breakfast staff were the same. Only one member of the staff that we interacted with were actually nice and happy to do their job.
