Early check in was fantastic , staff lovely. Everything about the property just worked. Room set up is excellent, couldn’t fault a thing. Really liked the alarm being sounded if your door did not close properly.

I can’t fault this hotel at all. From walking into the entrance I felt so welcome by the 2 staff members on the desk, in particular the blonde young woman who was amazing. I arrived about 1:30-2 and said I knew check in wasn’t till 3, but asked her if I could leave my suitcase behind the desk until then. She said they actually had my room ready and was on the 5th floor. I told her about my fear of lifts due to a previous experience and she then moved me to the 1st floor so I didn’t have to walk up 5 flights of stairs. Her customer service was amazing.
My room was everything I could want and more😍 I was so happy with the room I would happily have spent all my time there the whole 2 days in was in Glasgow! The shower was amazing, I had paid a bit extra for a mini bar which didn’t disappoint. The house keeping filled it up each day. There were also crisps in the room which I thought was a really nice touch as well and these were also filled up daily. The bed was super big and comfortable I honestly can’t fault the room at all.
The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s right beside the queen street train station and there are so many shops and restaurants near by, this is the perfect location no matter what the occasion. The hotel is in walking distance from everything in Glasgow city centre, there is also a taxi rank right across the road. There is a pub called Waxy I Connor’s right beside the hotel which is great if you want to pop out for a drink at night and not have to walk back far to your hotel.. the perfect package.. I have already recommended this hotel to my partners who have booked this already for November! I am so impressed this is now my favourite hotel in Glasgow and I will 100% be back!
During my stay, every single staff member who was on the reception desk was so friendly as I walked in and out always saying hello and making conversation.
Thank you so much!
