Reception staff were great and really friendly. Hotel was lovely, very clean and very comfortable.
I didn’t find the beds overly comfortable but it was ok for one night

Location
No cookies, TV didn’t work tried phoning reception but got not reply. Went down to reception and waited about 15 minutes to report this. To be fair it was fixed soon after. 3 buckets collecting water from a roof leak at the back of my chair at breakfast. Went to the pool at 9.45 wax told fully booked and to come back in 50 minutes. We were checking out at 11.
