At check in we were warmly greeted by Manuel, he was very kind and sympathetic to our needs, as we had had a long and tiring journey. The room was very spacious , enormous comfortable bed, very good breakfast.

I was glad I could open a window at night.
I didn't like the room decor and the gloomy low level lighting with red lamp shades. The shaving/make-up mirror was broken in my bathroom. It would have been helpful if the hotel provided even a temporary portable one. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about either; inefficient toaster needs to be replaced.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Central Station and the city centre. It’s very nice inside, and our room was very comfortable.
Nothing - it was all excellent.
