Location was convenient, the room was spacious enough and pretty quiet. Nice breakfast available made by order, along with the buffet options. Very attentive and helpful staff. Bed was quite comfortable.
Way too much light entered the room as the window blinds wouldn't keep the the city lights away.

This is a nice little hotel. Very clean and comfortable. They have the standard Japanese bathroom with shower and soaking tub. The toilet is separate . The toilet is refilled from a spout that flows into a bowl, so the waste water from washing your hands is used to fill the cistern and save water (quite clever). The "jet wash" symbols are only in Japanese! Be aware the main wash-hand basin is in the bedroom. I chose the Japanese breakfast set which was very good, and along with that, you collect your rice and miso soup from the buffet, so you can have as much of these as suits. They also arranged a taxi to the airport (and importantly, they did tell me in advance how expensive that would be.) The foyer is pleasant with casual seating, and a cafe/ dining area and the guests are friendly. I usually stay in four star international hotels. I would say this not of that standard, but they try very hard. I was extremely comfortable and enjoyed my stay.
The location is around a 10 minute walk from Umeda underground station (make sure you note the yellow Entry/ Exit number as there are many exits and it is a very large station complex). I also found a restaurant nearby for a delicious vegan meal.
The air conditioner was very effective but noisy - so use earplugs.
Having chosen my breakfast, I was unsure what other parts of the buffet I could/ could not use.

Friendly staff
Layout was a bit tricky with the basin in the bedroom.

lokacija je dobra i tiha s obzirom da je u centru Osake relativno blizu stanice i trgovackih centara
ne ciste sobu svaki dan vec samo ostave rucnike ispred vrata, kava za dorucak je filter i izbor jela dosta skroman
prozori prljavi a iza klime naslage prasine
