Great location and good size room.

Great location with direct access to Umeda station (secret elevator to underground) for subways and Shinkansen, but also and even better, the countless restaurants and food halls, in and outside the Umeda station and the Whity Shopping complex underground. Very kind and helpful staff.
My room was a hit small, but manageable—very clean, good amenities, good shower.

Apart from being tiny (small). the room was very clean, perfect location for my tour.
Bigger room, was very tight for me and my wife.

Close to train lines so easy to get around. Connected to the Whity mall which had some good places to easily get dinner
The room was small and lacked storage. Simple things like hooks on the wall for towels in the bathroom were not there.
