Beautiful property and great location if you want to be a bit away from the city. It is very peaceful and quiet. The staff was very nice.
The food could be better. The hotel is so secluded so there are not many restaurants nearby. We dined in the hotel which was just ok.

the room a magnificent view of the mountain, the cool weather, the chill mood of the hotel.

Beautiful
Slightly out of town but having said that there is a shuttle bus, so not a problem really.

Location is great. It may be far away from the center but its near the Fansipan entrance, provides great views and give free shuttle services to and from the hotel.
Because of the location, it would have been better if there were more shuttle services or the time slots would have been a little bit extended until 9 pm.
