everything! exceptional service, location, staff, room and its amenities. location wise, verygood. food buffet so much to choose to. well maintained rooms and amenities.
the rooms are non-smoking, however some of the guests can be seen smoking within the floor / there is designated area , a corridor for smokers within the floor of the same rooms. hope this could be corrected. hope the smoking area is not within thew floor..

The location was perfect, right next to the cathedral, which is the main meeting point for many excursions. The rooms were comfortable and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were absolutely amazing , very welcoming, friendly, and always helpful
Nothing major, I had a very pleasant stay.
