Eden Boutique Hotel was a great find in Sapa! The location was spot on — an easy walk to the town centre, restaurants and nightlife, so we could get around without any hassle. The room was surprisingly spacious, comfortable and very clean. But what really made the stay was the staff. Friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful, they even went out of their way to arrange a late checkout for us. That kind of service makes a difference! Great location, lovely rooms and no complaints. I’d happily book this place again on my next trip to Sapa — and that says it all!
The breakfast spread was more international in style — simple but filling. It would be nice to include a few authentic Sapa dishes as well, giving guests a chance to experience some local flavours during their stay.

We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was excellent all the staff are great….front desk personnel Autumn and Jenny were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us in booking our tickets to Fansipan and our sleeper bus to Hanoi. The hotel is a short walking distance to Sa Pa center. Very clean room with a balcony, nice shower.

Cleanliness of the rooms, good and cozy atmosphere
Location is a bit off especially when you need to return from the center to the room it is mostly uphill but nothing a grab cannot fix
