We liked the location it's near the center and all the best restaurants. They offered variable breakfast options and it was really tasty. The staff was amazing, they were responsive and available for questions and information before we arrived, they even booked us a car from the airport to the hotel. They booked homestay trekking trough the rice fields with an amazing guide Sa. Also the hotel is offering a massage and it was great. On the last day they even let us leave the bags in the hotel so we could go around without carrying all the weight before we headed to the next location.
We liked everything...personally I wouldn't change a thing.

Some construction next door, but not too noisy.

Location was great and staff were awesome, set up our day outs from front desk with no issues and were friendly
There is a lot of construction going on starting about 6am, was pretty loud but can’t blame hotel for that. The breakfast was ok but the rooms should have been cleaner, our mattress smelled like old water and our other room didn’t look like it had been used much, there was what appeared to be a bit of blood on the sheets and bugs in the sheets as well. I don’t moan much and to be honest the price is cheap so you do get what you are paying for
