Without question the best hotel in Sapa. Fabulous sweeping views of the mountains, excellent location in the town and located above the cable car railway station to Fansipan. The hotel decor is unique and quirky and the indoor pool is in a class all of its own. Rooms were beautifully appointed, with large bathrooms, quality linen and comfortable mattresses affording excellent sleep. Staff were friendly, spoke good English and always eager to help.
Food and beverage costs are comparatively expensive, especially if your room-rate does not include breakfast. This is a high-end hotel and its F&B reflects its standard.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is really a luxury hotel and located near restaurants and shops. It is just behind Sun Plaza so everything is within walking distance. There's also a beautiful indoor heated pool. Will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The location was perfect near shopping and restaurants. Restaurant had plenty of options and was amazing. The king size bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner worked fantastic.
Our family of 4 checked in to 3 rooms for 2 nights. We had been traveling via motorcycles for previous 3 weeks and I longed for a decent shower. I booked the 5 star luxury Hotel de la Couple for amazing hotel, amenities, and reviews. My husband and I checked into room 645 and was sorely disappointed that the amazing shower did not drain and water seeped into bathroom limiting my shower time. Maintenance was called and he said he "fixed" it; however, i took another shower and water did not drain and seeped into bathroom floor. I had to go to my daughter's room in a robe to use her shower. I find it hard to believe this problem wasn't brought to hotel attention from prior guests. Do not book room 645!!
