The hotel experience was oustanding, from beautiful rooms, to the hotel facilities, cleanliness, very friendly staff and ease to reach by public transport. We will return for sure.
The in-house restaurant, “Roast”, had only opened that day, so we completely understood that there might be some initial teething issues. However, waiting around an hour to be served a cold breakfast was disappointing, particularly as we had just arrived after an overnight transatlantic flight and had only asked for something simple: coffee and fruit.

The bar, Kevin at the reception desk (he was exceptional), breakfast was a la carte at the minus 1 restaurant.
Little or almost no noise insulation (I could gear drains coming from next room), bad cleaning standards in the toilets. Hsk needs to be more focus, club noise level from the below club out of control. The excuse they gave is that is part of a separated company. If you’re a light sleeper go somewhere else
