The fittings and furnishings were of high quality, the bedding was luxurious. Most everything was excellent.
They gave us the wrong door code, easy enough to transpose a number - we all do it. However, we didn't get to the property until 11.30pm and the "24 hour telephone number" took 20 minutes to get an answer. And when he did answer, we had obviously woken him up and he was very rude. Also, the rest of the apartment was extremely high quality BUT the toilet paper was so thin you could see through it!!!

The apartment was huge for London. Separate living area with sofas and dining table with space to watch TV. The bed and room were very comfortable and considering we were overlooking a main road, you could not hear any noise

the room was fine if a little small
The code for the hotel door and apartment door were not forthcoming. I had to ring twice on the day of arrival in order to obtain them. We were given the wrong code for the hotel door and had to ring again in order to get the correct one.
