Took 30mins to get towels to the room
Spa took 45 mins til fill to the ridge, in order to use the jets. It had a water shaving head on the outlet and just took far too long

Good location,
Everything is looking quite tired. It’s on a noisy street so if noise bothers you at night maybe it the right place for you. Sauna wasn’t working. No coffee maker in apartment as advertised, only instant coffee sachets. We got fresh towels almost daily but no toilet paper or top up of tea/coffee. Had to ask reception for these things.

The staff were friendly. Car park available at $40 a day was good. Very spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with kitchen and laundry was great.
A big part of why I booked was the sauna along with the spa and pool. The sauna was not working and looked like it hadn’t been functional for a while as the word sauna had be covered over on all the signs in the lifts to the level that said pool, spa and ‘blank’. This was disappointing.
The cleanliness was also subpar. Upon arrival there was a long dark hair on the bathroom sink, someone else’s hair tie in the shower, dust/dirt on shelves in the wardrobe plus dirt finger prints on the wardrobe sliding doors. The blankets in both wardrobes were just shoved in, not folded which made me wonder if they had been laundered (as not folded) since they looked like a previous guest just shoved them in.
