Great Location! Clean and Tidy, cool views from our room!
Male Spa area was out of order when we arrived, this wasn't highlighted when we arrived in the morning so we rushed back at night to use the facilities and were disappointed. Bathroom pretty small compared to rest of the room. Western selection at breakfast not the best but still OK!

The hotel is very well located if you're planning some day trips from Osaka. The room is ok; the view was very nice, though. There is a café were you can have breakfast and it's nearby multiple restaurants.
Bathtub was a little small even for one person.

Nice for an Osaka stay. Easy to get to the train and subway stations
A bit dated. Could use some updates

Excellent location, beds were comfy and room size was good.
The rooms stunk of cigarette smoke and while the staff sprayed it and offered to move us, it wouldn't make a difference as the whole building smelt like smoke. Also, the men's spa facilities were not working and we were only advised on arrival which is very disappointing as we paid extra to stay at this hotel for the spa facilities. We should have been advised in advance to have the option to change hotels earlier. Also, we were charged a hefty city accommodation tax that was much more than booking.com indicated to us and much more than our friends paid. Due to language barriers, it became quite frustrating and I ended up paying it even though I truly believed I was being overcharged. There was no effort to have someone try to explain it to me when an English speaking staff member came on duty.

"The hotel was in a great location right across the street from Fukushima Station. The room soundproofing is great you cannot hear the city at all. The breakfast buffet has many options and was delicio..."
