We thought our room was very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We both had a good nights sleep. We arrived early and was able to book in straight away. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had lunch at the hotel once we had settled into our room, the lunch was very good. In the morning we enjoyed a very good cooked breakfast which set us up for the day.

Noisy
Staff weren’t very attentive or interested in our business. The internet was very slow and we had to wait to check in

The building , in the Jewellery Quarter , is very atttactive . I liked the decor downstairs , particularly. The bedroom was fine , but just not quite as luxurious as the photos suggest .
I was on the second floor, and it was disappointing that the lift was out of order. I stayed on a Saturday , and the bar area was very noisy - impossible to sit and have a quiet drink . I appreciated having a room on the second floor ,as it was quieter , but I would have an area downstairs which could be set aside , away from the loud music , even at weekends

Great location. Ideal for an evening at the Jam House. Great shower, bathroom nicely decorated.
The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were too solid. Room was not nice, I was expecting something nicer. Booked breakfast, didn’t realise it was continental. Had to ask staff to replenish the continental breakfast table. Booking.com just says breakfast.
