Close to conference centre. Lifts. Close to town centre and train stations.
Very long way from reception. Basic. Very small room.

My second stay here, but the room from double to single was a chasm in quality and room size. Breakfast in the morning was amazing, and the staff was very attentive in describing what is where. Convenient central location for business and restaurant needs on foot.
The single room was very small. Pillows were very hard and didn't know you had to order new ones with reception dependant on bounce. On-site car park was adequate, but getting an invoice from the hotel for this alone was impossible.

very expensive
And children pay same price for breakfast as adults..
for one day breakfast I paid £30 for me and my son .
Could have paid £12 at premier inn and my child eating free ..the difference is just too much ..
