Brilliant location, within 5 minutes walk from New street station and the Bullring shopping centre. The room was spacious, clean and staff were accommodating.
We stayed on a Saturday night to attend a concert at Utilita arena. We did not get any sleep as it was so loud outside throughout the night.

Very clean. Room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Everything needed was provided.
It is so big you have to walk miles to get anywhere!

Great location for a stay in Birmingham. It was my husbands birthday and they thoughtfully put some chocolates and a hand written card in the room for him. We booked a suite which was lovely and roomy.
The building is a little tired and feeling a bit unloved. At breakfast the wall lights were not compatible with the wiring as many of them were flickering giving me a headache. We cancelled the 2nd morning of breakfast due to this.
The facilities in the room were a little basic but ok. It would have been nice to have spare cotton buds / shower cap etc. Not the most important things but it makes the stay feel special when they are there.
