Checked in late after a major train delay travelling from Loch Lomond. Friendly reception staff, upgraded room, beautifully quiet on the 7th floor. Perfect nights sleep before the next leg of my journey.
Quiet.

Amazing beds in lovely bedrooms, which is the most important aspect of a hotel stay. Also great air conditioning that worked perfectly during the Summer heatwave. Reception staff were super helpful and friendly. Bar area large and comfortable with good selection available. We will definitely be coming back next Summer.
Almost nothing. Maybe the food could be improved a little.

Comfortable bed
Could be cleaner. Felt a bit tatty and worn considering it’a supposed to be making a style statement

Location
The bar was terrible and noisy. Not at all welcoming.
