Comfort of bed.
Location next to NIA
Shower was a bit small. A bit of a squeeze to get us both in the shower at the same time.

Staff excellent, bar, dinning, breakfast all good. Hotel clean and a great location.
The window in room 406 needs re-sealing. As the weather was bad that day all I could hear was the wind coming through the seal all night. Window was fully shut. It was very loud and woke me up several times. Also the pillows I thought were too soft, need 3 to support my head normally.

The hotel’s decor was modern and comfortable.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bedroom was exceptionally clean, we could not fault it, actually the whole hotel was clean.
The bed was very comfortable, I slept very well. Breakfast was great, everything you would want, although the coffee from the machine could be better.
The coffee in the machine, could be better.

Ideally located for the Utilita arena.
The TV didn’t work but we didn’t mention it or complain as we were only there for 1 night and we really didn’t need to use it.
