The location is great for Broad Street, the arena and central Birmingham. Parking available at £18.50 for 24hr.
Our room 1408 was spacious and quiet. We had everything we needed in the room.

The room was comfy and clean/tidy. Location was perfect.
Its not the hotels fault per se but I felt very frustrated. There was a water issue and the room was without water for the first evening, I came back late from the event I was attending and ordered rooms service, i was told by one person to call back shortly then when i did call back I was told there is not any rooms service tonight. Just frustrated (and hangry!)
