Excellent location for visiting family in Harborne
Sunday morning breakfast was extremely busy. There had been two weddings and at least two conventions in the hotel and diners overflowed the restaurant into the bar and reception areas. Breakfast was still good though.

Safe, easy access to parking and pet friendly.
The lobby bar was nice but when there was a black tie event in evening and the mob of crowds made it hard for hotel guests to walk through to the rooms

good room, clean, functional and good location for my visit.
On arrival no parking. Staff at desk was very poor in communicating I understood the challenge they were having however the attitude was not at all acceptable from that moment on my feeling around the hotel was -ve. The room was clean, the facilities were fine for what it was. The motives were parking and close to QE hospital. bad attitude and no parking was the reason for the poor experience. Above all poor attitude. Front desk is the first experience a person has at a hotel. It sets the tone...
