8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

Was a convenient location for a work trip

Building work going on meant pool and sauna were out of action. Some members of bar staff extremely rude and disinterested.

It was clean

Looked old, pool was not open due to refurbishment

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

Location for NEC and airport

Long wait for food and lifts Hotel was full to be fair

5 / 10·Oct 2026

It was quiet at night even though it was very busy downstairs

It took us 40 minutes to check in which then resulted in us being late for our restaurant appointment.
