This approximately 1,300-square-foot condo features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests.
Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Street-Side Primary Bedroom: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a garden tub and shower combination.
Third Bedroom: Queen bed with an attached bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower.
Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23
Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals. The condo was in good shape, very clean and well kept. A little dated but nice. Could use better appliances. Walk in shower was a little small. No grab bars and floor was very slippery when wet.

Needed some maintenance in bathroom with whirlpool tub. Could not make the water come out of faucet-only shower. Stove top was not connected properly. Couch bed would fall because the bar underneath was not stable. Bed frame in front bedroom was too close to dresser which made it hard to walk around without bruising your shin. Other than all that, it was a great place to stay. Awesome view from the front bedroom from bed. Pool was nice.Disappointed the hot tubs are now kiddie pools.

The condo was nice but the shower head in the front bedroom needs to be replaced and it would’ve been nice to have more outdoor seating options for the balconies. The current furniture is outdated and not very comfortable. Also, I would suggest providing a pitcher so guests can make lemonade or sweet tea. The condo sleeps more like 7 rather than 8. The pull out couch was very small for two people to use. My son said that he found sand in his bed the first night. Overall, we had a great time. The check in/check out was very simple and the location on the beach was great!
