Surf Side Shores #1906 is a west-corner, Gulf-front condominium located on the ninth floor of Building I, offering beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. This approximately 1,100-square-foot condo features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests.
Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Street-Side Primary Bedroom: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination.
Third Bedroom: Queen bed with an attached bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower.
Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Surf Side Shores I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beach side pools, one of which is an extended season pool, and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unit was nice, decor is a little dated. Drying your clothes was a challenge, had to dry 2-3 times before they completely dry Loved the top floor view

The blind in the middle bedroom was broken or not put together. Very beautiful and clean.

Definitely smaller than expected. And a little more run down as well. Things that could easily be fixed. Small hole in wall, blinds in master and in middle room were broken, broken toilet tank lid, paint peeling in shower and on ceiling. No stopper for bathtub in master and water pressure in there was not good. No counter space in that bathroom either. Location was great! Right on the beach and not far from the mall, water park, or dining. First day there I tried to make coffee in the Keurig but it didn’t work. Within 30 minutes after contacting host, management brought a brand new one to the room. We did get a violation for leaving something outside of our door when the rules did not say that was not allowed and also the agreement we signed didn’t specify that either so I feel like that should be included somewhere if you get a violation for it. Overall I probably wouldn’t book here again but I also don’t regret staying here either.
