Ocean House #2206 is a West-corner, Gulf-front condominium located on the second floor of Building II, offering beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. This approximately 1,300-square-foot condo features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests.
Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Street-Side Primary Bedroom: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a garden tub - no shower.
Third Bedroom: Queen bed with an attached bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower.
Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23 Sleeps 8.
Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals. Once you book you will receive more detailed information. Activities that require reservations can be done 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

The condo was great for the price. It was perfect for all of us. It was really nice having the balcony that overlooked the pool and beach. The pool was very nice and clean. The host was very kind and very quick to respond when we had an issue. I had to contact them right away because one of the bathroom's toilet needed attention, they responded immediately and had someone come address the problem. I was glad there was a vacuum because needed to vacuum the bedroom. We had to contact them again for plug covers, one in the living room was missing and we had a 2 yr old with us. They responded quickly and had the maintenance guy come fix it. The biggest issue was the A/C, which I didn’t contact them because I had already contacted them 2 times and felt like I was a nuisance but the master bedroom stayed extremely hot the entire visit, in the afternoon/evening the A/C couldn’t keepIt really cool. It would stay around 74-75 and so the master was super hot.There were a couple of beach chairs in the condo for those that didn’t bring any. Heads up, if you are staying more than a day or 2 (we stayed 4 nights, 6 adults & 2 children) be prepared to purchase extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags & dishwasher soap. They only provided the 1 toilet paper roll on the holder for Each bathroom, 1 roll paper towels on the holder, and 2 trash bags for the 4 nights, They do not provide shampoo or bath soap but do provide a bar of soap for the sink, dish soap, & 2 dishwasher pods.

Overall everything was great. This is an older property saw some places where needed to be painted. The king bed mattress in the room overlooking the pool needs to be replaced. It was lumpy. The pool looks a littlee aged but not terrible. This property fits our family needs very well

The complex is very conveniently located and has a great outdoor pool. It’s also a short walk to the beach. The condo itself could use some updating. The refrigerator seal was broken, the drawers in the nightstands aren’t on a track and fell out on our feet when we opened them and there are several tiles loose on the floor.

We really enjoyed our stay in gulf shores. The property had fabulous views. The only complaints we had were the drains in the tubs clog when you shower and the water gets cold really fast. The floors appeared clean but when my son played with his trucks while sitting on the floor he would stand up and have a filthy shirt / shorts.
