This approximately 1,100-square-foot condo features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests.

Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom featuring tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Street-Side Primary Bedroom: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination. Balcony with limited view of bay.
Third Bedroom: Queen bed with an attached bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower.
Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended-season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals. Summer vacation fun with our family. If you are looking for a lot of space and a great view, this is your spot. Perfect location, just steps from the beach! Three bathrooms was a huge perk when traveling with two families and two teenagers! Keyless check in was a dream, great communication before and during trip.

Room was great. Elevator was quick considering there was only one for the whole building. Walking distance from the lobby to the beach was very short which is always a plus. We only had 2 problems with our stay. The main bedrooms bath tub drained so slow. Like hours after your shower there was still water in the tub. Also our 3 bedroom condo only came with 2 parking passes and we weren’t allowed to purchase another. Customer service at the condo said it was because the lot was small but the whole 5 days we were there there was 10 open spots available. It was very frustrating especially because we had to find an offsite secure lot to park our third car costing us an additional 80.

Great location but bedrooms and bathrooms were very small. This condo needs some deep cleaning and new curtains without stains on them. Otherwise it was decorated very nice. Pools were nice too.
