Surf Side Shores #1701 is a east-corner, Gulf-front condominium located on the seventh floor of Building I, offering beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. This approximately 1,100-square-foot condo features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests.
Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Street-Side Primary Bedroom: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination.
Third Bedroom: Queen bed with an attached bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower.
Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Surf Side Shores I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beach side pools, one of which is an extended season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals. Once you book you will receive more detailed information. Activities that require reservations can be done 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

Location great. Actual unit is ok. Outdated and the master bathroom is not very user friendly. But overall great place.

Faucet in tub front bathroom needs to be fixed. Had trouble trying to get it regulated. Knob was not working right.
Condo was clean and everything was as the ad said. Very pleased with it and the location.

Our rental was a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo. While the location to the beach was fantastic, the rental property itself needed quite a few updates. For the price you pay for your stay, the interior needs to be improved. We won’t be staying at this particular unit but will stay at Surf Side again. The checkin/check out process was very easy.

the communication was great, the bathrooms were very outdated, a cover on the ceiling in main bathroom kept falling even after maintenance came to fix it, one of the balcony doors was broken so we couldn't use it, living room was very cramped (needs less furniture or less bulky furniture), wish it had a table on the balcony but did enjoy the rocking chairs
