The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests.

Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Street-Side Primary Bedroom: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination. Also, has a balcony with limited view of the bay.
Third Bedroom: Queen bed with an attached bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower.
Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended-season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Wonderful ocean view! We had a great time! The condo was nice and clean and we were very comfortable during our stay.

Condo itself was good and great for price, upon arrival our kids took their shoes off and instantly had black feet, messaged the rental company said housekeeping definitely did not clean well and for sure did not mop as there was also sand everywhere still. But other than that everything was great.
