I liked the friendly staff most, followed by the nice interior.
I didn't like being stuck on floor 1 with a view and associated noise of early morning deliveries. And did not like the lack of vegetarian meal options from the bistro.

The Bed was very comfortable.
The feris wheel gondola motif was peeling off the wall

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms.
Foyer/dining area was under extensive renovation. Noisy, messy, but worst thing we were not aware of it when we made the booking. Would have chosen another hotel had we known.
