Very convenient for everything: shops, restaurants, city lagoon, train station, museum, library and shopping centre..especially when travelling with kids.
The staff are also very warm and welcoming!
I hope the pool is a bit warmer for usage during winter.

Parking was very expensive and we used room service most nights but the food was always cold or lukewarm.

Room and view were fantastic. We really enjoyed the location which was handy to shopping and entertainment.
Unfortunately there was a family in the next room who were totally insensitive to other visitors. They woke us up at 5.00am with loud voices, children yelling and screaming and running up and down the corridors. It kind of spoiled our stay a little.

Location was great. Upper floor rooms pleasant. Great service from Duty Manager David.
Original room offered was dark and looked out over a large black aircon unit. Buffet breakfast expensive for what it was. Dismal reception area. No atmosphere. Very small pool, no loungers.
