The friendly staff , from the moment we arrived and during our stay

Staff were super friendly, kind and helpful. Any questions or requests we had they ensured we felt looked after. The room was kitted out with so many amenities from enhancing your bath, to toiletries and the mini bar. The quality of the technology in the room made it feel very luxurious and the view of the Brisbane river was beautiful. We especially loved the buffet breakfast each morning, the 24 hour pool and spa facilities. Went for an adult weekend away but would love to bring our young daughter with us next time as it truly feels like a hotel for all.
There were very few things that we didn’t like but if I had to be fussy I’d say I would like a better selection on the room service. It was incredible what we did get but one coffee was $18 (that was price of coffee and delivery fee) and I did think that was quite insane. We had massages at the away spa and unfortunately it just wasn’t worth the money. The staff were lovely but the massage itself wasn’t the best, I’ve had better ones for a lot cheaper and for some reason they felt the need to cover you with towels and blankets during, which made it extremely hot.

Very noisy. Windows are making squeaky sounds and you can hear anyone walking on the corridor loud and clear.
Bathroom was not clean enough, no note pad was found in the room,
