Location: It was perfect. Didn't really pay attention to the location to begin with, as I thought I booked Oaks Hotel Festival, which was located on the next block. However, once directed to the right Oaks ( Oaks Casino Tower Suites), Its was like magic. The location was great.
Room and View: Originally I booked for a standard room, as we just needed to get away and unwind even just for a night. We do not usually stay out or go on vacation that often so one night is a bonus and much needed. This is also to celebrate my birthday which was well passed 2 weeks ago but was put off due to kids and their weekend sports. To my supprise we were upgraded from a standard room to a room with a great view of the river. It was perfect. Wished I had booked for 2 nights instead of 1. Definately coming back.

Lots of space. Very clean! Lots of supplies and towels. The view was brilliant. Easy to check in and check out. Staff were very attentive.
The shower head, quite old.
The shower drain had a funny smell (like garbage). The smell went away as soon as the shower was turned on
