The facilities and location
Staff were difficult to contact and the room phone was broken and no one came to fix it when asked.
10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Staff were friendly and happy to assist even at 9pm when we called down requesting a late checkout. Housekeeping was excellent and paid attention to detail. Location meant that south bank and the ferry terminals plus cafes and restaurants were all within a 15 minute walk without being right in the CBD.
Bed was slightly too hard for us, but that’s just our preference. Our room also didn’t have the best view but, it’s a small thing compared to how excellent the rest of our experience was.

Great if staying for a long/few days stay. Great amenities and location.
Arrived early (10am ish) and was told that they would try and get the room ready asap and that we'd get a call when the room was ready. (scheduled check in time 3pm)That way, we could come back earlier and get ready for the event we were there for (which they knew we were going to). Heard nothing, so headed back at 3pm and still had to wait another 20min or so to get into the room. So a little frustrating.

The floor we were on
Staff gave me the wrong key to get to carpark and blamed me for going to the wrong car park even tho I got told to go there. There was only 2 towels in apartment for 3 people which was annoying. And for the money I was expecting a proper shower not a shower in a bath.
