The brightly designed apartment is located on the 2nd floor on the west side of the building and features a furnished balcony with a partial view of the sea. With a living area of 44 m², it offers a comfortable living area, a dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom—ideal for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. The vacation apartment was extensively renovated in December 2024, featuring new laminate flooring and a modern built-in kitchen with high-quality appliances. The beach is only about 50 meters away.
In the spacious living area, a comfortable sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and an armchair with a footstool invite you to enjoy cozy TV evenings with the modern flat-screen TV. An extra bed for a third person can be set up on the sofa bed. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment.
The adjacent open-concept kitchenette with dining area is fully equipped and features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner induction cooktop, and an oven. The kitchen is further equipped with a toaster, a coffee maker (for filter coffee and Senseo pods), an egg cooker, and a kettle.
In the bedroom, a cozy double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) invites you to enjoy restful nights. Curtains and a roller shade provide pleasant blackout conditions. A wardrobe and a large dresser offer plenty of storage space. The bedroom window opens onto the atrium.
The vacation rental features a modern, tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is ample space on the spacious vanity for your toiletries. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror round out the amenities. High-quality laminate flooring has been installed throughout the living room, hallway, and bedroom areas. This is a non-smoking apartment where pets are allowed.
The Meeresblick building offers an elevator and barrier-free access and is located at the western end of the beach promenade in Kühlungsborn. A bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washers and dryers are available to you in the communal basement. The vacation rental includes a parking space in the underground garage (max. height 1.50 m, max. weight 2,000 kg).

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring live plants, you can reach the vacation apartments via the stairs or the two glass elevators. The building’s south entrance provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washers, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.
Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
