The 100 m² Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, kbmb507, can accommodate up to 4 people. Particularly noteworthy is the direct beachfront location of the Haus Meeresblick apartment complex in Kühlungsborn and the side view of the nearby Baltic Sea from the living/dining area.
The location
The bright and cheerfully furnished apartment is south-facing and located on the top floor of the historic Kurhaus. The Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach are just 40 m away. Here you can enjoy the refreshing seaside climate, for example, on long walks or while relaxing in a beach chair. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, as well as charming recreational activities and places to visit.

The cozy, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi and a kitchen newly equipped in 2026 with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, water and egg boilers, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, toaster, as well as fondue, raclette, and waffle irons for special occasions.
The combined living and dining area features a flat-screen TV, a selection of books for vacation reading, and a wood-burning stove (firewood not included), as well as a modern stereo system with Bluetooth, CD, and DAB+. This makes it easy to play your favorite music directly from your smartphone or tablet.
The dining room and the loggia with a view of the Baltic Sea are furnished with high-quality Scandinavian designer furniture from HAY. In the living area, too, select design and lighting elements create a stylish ambiance. Both the dining table and the cozy seating area offer plenty of space to enjoy pleasant moments over breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach.
The apartment features two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 × 0.90 × 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV; the other bedroom has two single beds (0.90 × 2.00 m). In the bathroom, you’ll find a corner shower and a spacious corner bathtub for relaxing vacation moments. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request.

On the first floor of the Meeresblick is the Röntgen Café with its own pastry shop. Open daily with an all-day breakfast menu, cakes, and bakery items that you can enjoy on-site or take to go, the café is very popular with our guests.
Both families and active vacationers will find plenty of ways to tailor their beach vacation on the Baltic Sea to their individual preferences. A ride on the nostalgic Molli steam train, which takes you to Heiligendamm and Bad Doberan, is great fun for the whole family.

Der schöne Ausblick im Essbereich war unbezahlbar. Die vielen. Dachschrägen waren zwar gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber uns hat es gefallen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage mit einem tollen Rundumblick. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alles war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. LG aus Thüringen
